These were selected studies in the prophecies of Daniel. Daniel was a prophet endowed with many enigmatic visions over a long lifetime. He seems to have been a righteous man who was caught up in the national downfall that Nebuchadrezzar brought against the Southern Kingdom. His fame included interpreting Nebuchadrezzar’s dream of the brilliant 4-metal colossus (destroyed by the stone not hewn by man), and the forecast of the “seventy sevens” given him by Gabriel – also the lengthy account of wars between a king of the North and king of the South. Much of Daniel is especially relevant to the Book of Revelation.
I have looked much deeper into his prophecies in my book, “Why I Am a Prophetic Futurist“.
